Who are we?
ProToGo is a young start-up that makes high protein, gourmet grab&go meals. Since the launch in June, the company did market stalls on Spitalfields Market and Finsbury Square and recently had their first bricks and mortar pop up at Old Street station. Additionally, ProToGo is increasing their online presence on platforms such as Caterwings and Uber Eats and is going into partnerships with gyms as well. Therefore, ProToGo needs to scale up the production and hire a chef.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone young, flexible and eager on a new adventure. You’ll be part of the food start-up scene and have the opportunity to grow together with the company.
In the beginning you’ll be working together with founder Valérie on preparing all the meals. Soon you’ll be responsible for the daily meal outflow, for new product development, for our stock and suppliers and for all aspects happening and related to the production area (our ProToGo Kitchen close to Liverpool St station).
-Professional chef diploma from a certified cookery school
-Knowledge in (sports) nutrition
-Knowledge in food regulation
-Interest in business/start-up scene
-Experience is a plus, but definitely not required. We want someone who is passionate about the project and sees him/her-self helping to grow the company!
